About Jim MacDougald
Jim MacDougald, MCSE has been involved with computer support for over 20 years. From building systems in his garage for friends and small companies to full network deployments from the ground up. Jim received his formal IT training at JBASS where he became one of the first MCSE's to graduate from their new program. Jim also served as the Sr. Systems Engineer with iNTellinet Solutions, Inc., Xcedia Corp and later Xponentia.
